My Shared Items

My Shared Items is similar to My Items; instead, this allows you to see the folders and items shared with the user through other users.

You can only share folders. However, if you want to share a specific item, you can create a sub-folder and share that sub-folder where the desired item is.

Sharing Items

To share items, use the Share option on the menu of the folder you want to share:

Once you have done this, the Sharing screen will open:

Here, you can add to your account the number of users you want to share the chosen folder. The users will see the contained items in the folder, including the created sub-files.
